When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent submitted that charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner in C.C.No.1527 of 2020 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Radhapuram. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram in C.C.No.1527 of 2020 for the same relief.
