ORDER
This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.82 of 2017 dated 08.05.2017 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as illegal. 2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the respondent police have completed the investigation and they have filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi on 13.09.2017. A copy of the said final report has also been produced before this Court.
3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this criminal original petition and the same is dismissed. It is left open to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
