ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the online application dated 28.04.2025 seeking survey of the land situated in S.No.60/26, 91/1A2 and 93/ Kath Village Madurai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 amd 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for R3.

3. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. According to the petitioner, he got the above mentioned property under a registered partition deed dated 08.05.2017. The Patta for the subject property stands in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.2923. The petitioner submitted an online application seeking survey of the property on 28.04.2025 bearing A.No.2025/0123/24/014872 and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application of the petitioner dated dated 28.04.2025 will be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 28.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) 3/6

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, respondents 4 and 5 and other interested parties.

7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
