O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent No.2 to extend the period of license issued in favour of the petitioner pertaining to collection of parking fee for the tourist vehicle at Kanyakumari or to reimburse the half of the license fee to the tune of Rs.15,00,000/- (fifteen lakhs) remitted by the petitioner for the month of December 2016 within the time period stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the second respondent based on instruction submitted that the petitioner's representation made on 05.01.2016 seeking the very same relief is going to be considered by the second respondent within two days.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner on mertis and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same within the time stated by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent as extracted supra. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P is closed.
