O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 545 of 2020 dated 13.09.2020 on the file of the 3rd Respondent herein to the 2nd Respondent herein or any other superior officer on the basis of the Representation dated 17.04.2023 submitted by the Petitioner to the 1st Respondent herein and other higher authorities.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of the dismissal of the anticipatory bail application that was filed by one of the accused namely Tamil Nesan, so far no steps have been taken either to secure him or to recover the money.

3.Perusal of CD file shows that most part of the investigation is over. But the prime accused has not been secured so far. The second respondent is present before this Court and given an undertaking that within a period of three months investigation will be completed and final report will be filed before the concerned Court. Since undertaking was given by the second respondent herein, there is no requirement to transfer the investigation at this stage.
