ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct proper enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2025 and consequently direct to the first respondent to cancel the patta standing in the name of the third respondent or any other order or direction this Court may deem fit and thus render justice.
2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the first respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.04.2025, and to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 and 3, and thereafter, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
