When the case was taken for hearing on 04.10.2018, there was no representation for the appellant and hence, the matter was posted on 05.10.2018, Subsequently, when the case was taken up for hearing on 05.10.2018, again, there was no representation for the appellant and therefore, the matter was posted for hearing on 10.10.2018. Even today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the appellant.
