(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Pursuant to the order dated 10.12.2024 passed by this Court, the respondents had removed the encroachment in question on 26.08.2025. Intimation to this effect was also duly communicated to the petitioner vide letter dated 16.09.2025. Copy of the same has also been produced before us. Photographs indicating the removal of the encroachment have also been produced. We are satisfied that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. This contempt petition is closed.
