ORDER

This Writ Petition filed to direct the 2nd respondent to issue a Non Traceable Certificate to petitioner relating to the document sale deed No. 1168/2022 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Thirupuvanam, in connection with C.S.R.No.68/2023 dated 31.01.2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police within time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint through online before the second respondent for misplacing of his original sale deeds Document No.1168/2022 dated 24.07.2002, which situated at Poovathi Village, Sivagangai District in Survey No.232/1. He would further submit that the petitioner has also made paper publication on 29.01.2023 with regard to the missing of original document.

Considering the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry ensuring the said document has not been deposited for any purpose, following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, if not satisfied.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Pettiion stands disposed of. No costs.
