ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of representation, dated 30-04-2019.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the dispute arose between the parties regarding the performance of temple festival in the Village. So a peace committee meeting was convened and in the peace committee meeting, a resolution has been adopted on 04.01.2019, in which this petitioner has also participated and has been resolved that to continue the procedure and the process that has been undertaken in the previous hearings and they have also agreed to conduct the festival in a peaceful manner. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10896 of 2019 committee meeting, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
