Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, their family members and property comprised in survey No.68/1 nanja 0.42.50 acres situated at Pudukottai District, Kulathur Taluk Thudaiyur Village. ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the Contemnor/Respondent for the wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15185 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020. 2.By the above said order the respondent herein was directed to give police protection for the purpose of measuring the property situated in S.No.68/1 situated at Thudaiyur Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order has been complied by the respondent on 10.01.2022. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication and consideration. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also admitted the same. The contemnor in this case is also present before this Court today.
