ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking Police protection for conducting harvesting.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and it has also been closed that it is civil dispute.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
