O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order, dated 04.10.2017 passed in C.M.A.No.12 of 2015 by the learned Additional Sub-Judge, Dindigul.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on both sides fairly submitted that appropriate direction may be given to the Court below to dispose of the suit, while maintaining the status-quo, until the disposal of the suit. 3.Considering the submissions made by both the parties, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directed the learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.463 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. C.R.P(MD)No.1561 of 2019 parties shall maintain status-quo as on 13.09.2019 until the disposal of the suit.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
