No.III, Madurai and transfer the same to the file of the learned Assistant Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.74 of 2021 pending on the file of learned Assistant Subordinate Judge No.III, Madurai to the learned Assistant Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli for final disposal. The learned Assistant Subordinate Judge No.III, Madurai is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the learned Assistant Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli forthwith. The learned Assistant Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose H.M.O.P.No.74 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.In fine, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
