ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue a Non Traceable Certificate to the petitioner in respect of missing documents vide Will Document No. 30 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Woraiyur Sub Registrar Office, Trichy by considering the representation dated 30.09.2022 within time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's Will Document dated 16.04.2017 was misplaced and lost, for which the petitioner had given a complaint on 30.09.2022. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the Director General of Police had already issued Circular Memorandum, dated 01.04.2022 in this regard with respect to issuance of NOC, where the applicants have to produce certain documents. On such production of the documents, the respondent police will take necessary steps.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. The petitioner has given a complaint for issuance of NOC on 30.09.2022. The petitioner is further directed to produce all the necessary documents as required by the respondent police in terms of the Circular Memorandum, which is extracted below:

6. On production of the above said documents as required in the Circular Memorandum extracted supra, the 2nd respondent police is directed to take necessary steps for issuance of NOC to the petitioner with respect to the Will Document bearing Document No.30 of 2017 dated 30.09.2022 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Woraiyur Sub Registrar Office, Trichy.

7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. 05.06.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No sm 8/10
