3. These are not matters that can be agitated under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act. The decision impugned in this writ petition does not call for any interference. The rights of the petitioner have been otherwise preserved. Leaving upon the rights and remedies of the writ petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
