Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records relating to the Auction cum Tender Notice Na.Ka.No.5022/m.1/2015 dated 23.09.2015 issued by the fifth respondent and the consequent shop allotment orders Na.Ka.No.5022/m.1/2015 dated 27.10.2015 to Na.Ka.No.5022/m.1/2015-24 dated 27.10.2015 issued by the fifth respondent in favour of the sixth to twenty ninth respondents and quash the same and consequently direct the fourth and fifth respondents to issue fresh Auction cum Tender Notice and allot the Shop No.1 to 25 at Old Municipal Office Complex, Thuraiyur through public auction and in a transparent manner within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.
