ORDER
This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate action under the criminal law pursuant to petitioner's complaints dated 21.03.2016, 08.12.2017 in the light of the dictum laid down by the Honourable Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Ors. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far no complaint has been received from the petitioner as alleged in the petition filed in support of the writ petition. 3.In view of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge fresh complaint within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
