ORDER

The petitioner had prayed for a direction for the grant of compensation in respect of the lands described in the prayer of the writ petition.

2. Learned Government Advocate submits that compensation was fixed in accordance with Act 30 of 2013 and that such compensation has been deposited with the District Court, Tenkasi. He has handed over documents relating thereto.

3. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of by leaving it open to the petitioner to apply for the disbursement of such compensation or to seek enhanced compensation in accordance with law. No costs. 27.11.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No RJR 2/4
