ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking police protection from her own mother and uncle.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submits that there is a dispute between the petitioner's father and mother. The petitioner's mother lodged a complaint as against her husband before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukkottai, under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and the same is pending in DVAC No.1 of 2024. While attending the hearing in DVAC No.1 of 2024, there was a scuffle between the petitioner's father and mother and the relatives. He further submits that the petitioner's father has also lodged a complaint before the respondent Police and the same was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.225 of 2024. A counter complaint was also lodged and the same was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.226 of 2024. They have 2/4

enquired both the matters and advised the parties not to precipitate the issue by creating any problem and thereafter, closed both the complaints.
