ORDER

This Writ of Mandamus has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein, to appoint the petitioner as a Secondary Grade Teacher, on the basis of the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.19850/C5/E2/2014, dated 01.10.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent herein and also on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2016, within a time frame. 2.The proceedings dated 01.10.2014 of the 2nd respondent is in respect of the necessity of passing TET to those teachers, to whom appointment orders have been issued and it has nothing to do with the request of the petitioner to make appointment. It is not known why no step has been taken by the petitioner from 14.05.2009, the date on which he was called upon to appear for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

certificate verification and it is also not stated, how he is eligible to be appointed as a teacher, when there is no results declared consequent to the proceedings dated 01.10.2014. 3.Under such circumstances, there is no scope for consideration of the prayer made by the petitioner. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
