O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose the petitioner's Appeal dated 04.05.2021 within time stipulated by this Court.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, challenging the order passed in TNSTC/KUM/DS-1919/DCC -055/d10 -126/2021 dated 11.03.2021, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the respondent on 04.05.2021. The aforesaid appeal is still pending and no orders have been passed. Hence, he has filed the Writ Petition before this Court.

4. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted before this Court that if the said appeal submitted by the petitioner is in order, the same shall be considered in accordance with law as directed by this Court.

5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer and the submissions of the counsel for the parties concerned, without expressing any opinion on merits, this court is inclined to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 04.05.2021 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD). No.16633 of 2021 expeditiously as possible within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
