Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to pay the amount payable to the petitioner pursuant to the completion of the work awarded to the petitioner by work order No. Ma.Po.5/Est912/09-10 dated 18.06.2010 issued by the respondent in respect of renovation and alteration of training centre cum administrative building at Vellaikal Avaniapuram Area, Madurai on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2016 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This Writ of Mandamus has been filed to direct the respondent to pay the amount payable to the petitioner pursuant to completion of the work awarded to the petitioner by work order No.Ma.Po.5/Est912/09-10 dated 18.06.2010 issued by the respondent, in respect of renovation and alteration of training centre cum administrative building at Vellaikal Avaniapuram area, Madurai, on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2016 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent undertakes that within three months from today, the respondent would settle the entire amount due and payable to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the said undertaking, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
