ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to defreeze the bank account bearing No.2847001700012251 of the petitioner, frozen by the first respondent vide order dated 15.06.2022 in connection with the Crime No.683 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent and consequently permit the petitioner to operate her account within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the bank account of the petitioner was freezed by the first respondent on 15.06.2022 in connection with Crime No.683 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police. Without challenging the same, the petitioner mechanically filed this petition before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C., and the same is not sustainable one.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. Index : Yes/No 12.02.2024 Internet : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No dss 2/4
