ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.75 of 2021, on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit. 1/4

2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the suit was initially filed before the I Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil, and it was numbered as O.S.No.184 of 2014. Later, it was transferred to Principal District and Sessions Court, Kanyakumari and re-numbered as O.S.No.75 of 2021. According to him, the suit is posted for framing of additional issues. Since, the suit is pending for the past 11 years, the petitioner seeks a direction for expeditious disposal of the suit. 3.Considering the fact that the suit is pending from the year 2014 onwards, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kanaykumari District at Nagercoil, is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2025. The parties are directed to co-operate for expeditious disposal of the suit. 4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
