On 31.0.12026, the encroachment committed by as many as 10 persons had been cleared. Communication to this effect sent by the Tahsildar, Thiruverumbur has been served on the petitioner's counsel also.
2. According to the petitioner, the order of this court has been only partially complied with. If the petitioner is still having any grievance, we grant liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. The contempt petition is closed.
