This is a writ of mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd Respondents to consider petitioner's representations dated 18.07.2016 and 21.07.2016 praying to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to return the petitioner's certificates pertaining to the educational qualification.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
