ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider my representation dated on 04.07.2025 and to pass appropriate order on merits within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. In view of the fact that no adverse order is proposed to be passed as against the fourth respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the absolute owner and having title over the property comprised in S.No.467/1 admeasuring an extent of AC 0.07 cents, Balakurichi village, Marungapuri Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District. 2/5

However, the 4th respondent had filed a writ petition suppressing the material facts in WP(MD)No.15426 of 2025, challenging the proceedings by which the Tahsildar had issued a Patta in favour of the petitioner, and thereafter an order of interim stay was also granted by this Court. Taking advantage of the same, the fourth respondent is continuously trying to enter into the petitioner's property by forceful means. Hence the petitioner had made a representation on 04.07.2025. The same is not considered. Hence this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner's representation is received and enquiry is pending. Both are summoned and both are not appeared. The petitioner is also not cooperating for the enquiry.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police with all necessary documents to substantiate his claim and thereafter the respondent police is directed to put the petitioner and the private respondent on notice under Section 64 BNSS and dispose of the 3/5

same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
