This is a writ of mandamus seeking direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The petitioner's wife Kavitha was appointed as Junior Clerk at Co-operative Department, Madurai and her services was regularised by the proceedings dated 15.07.2014. The time scale of pay was also fixed on 03.09.2014. The petitioner's wife committed suicide. Therefore, the petitioner approached the second and third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents claiming the terminal benefits of his wife Kavitha. A representation has also been submitted on 16.12.2014. As the representation was not considered, this writ petition came to be filed.

4.Under such circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.12.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
