ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Suresh Kannan Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12289 of 2022, dated 08.07.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seek two weeks further time for execution of sureties.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12289 of 2022, dated 08.07.2022.
