To call for the records in in C.C.No.264 of 2018 dated 29.09.2020 on the file of the learned I- Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and set aside the same. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also filed a memo to that effect.

2.Recording the same, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
