ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st & 2nd respondents herein to approve and register forthwith the four students admitted against the lapsed seats in the 1st year Bachelor of Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery Course (BHMS) in the petitioner college during the academic year 2015-2016 (name list annexed).
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has already been considered by the respondents and four lapsed seats have been approved by them.
3. In the light of the subsequent development, no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition and hence, the same is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
