This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction the respondents to consider petitioner representation dated 25.07.2019 to "Kabadi Tournament" scheduled to be held on 03.08.2019 evening 08.00 to 04.08.2019 evening 06.00 in "Kovil Festival" in Sri Muththalamman Temple at Maruthaanathi Dam, Ayyampalayam, Dindigul District.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Kabadi on 03.08.2019 to 04.08.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 25.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
