This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Mr. D.Shanmugaraja Sethupathi learned Counsel, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer sought before this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated, 04.07.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
