WHEREAS upon motion this day made unto this Court by MR.N.PRAGALATHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.RAMESH, Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the Respondents,the petitioner praying this Court to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in P.D.No.41 of 2017 dated 26.05.2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely Jeyakumar, S/o.Kolappan, aged about 45 years, now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

WHEREAS this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by Tuesday the Fourth day of July Two Thousand and Seventeen (04/07/2017) to the respondents herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with.
