ORDER

The petitioner is a senior citizen. She seeks cancellation of the settlement deed executed on 05.02.2024. She also has some other grievances against her son.

2. The petitioner is permitted to move the maintenance tribunal / R3. On receipt thereof, it shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
