ORDER

According to the petitioner, he submitted a representation seeking to bring two Pallivasal namely, Mohaideen Andavar Pallivasal and Abubakker Siddiq Pallivasal under the direct control of Wakf Board. The said representation has been pending till date. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Wakf Board submitted that after the Wakf Board is constituted, the representation sent by the petitioner will be considered on merits, within a stipulated period of time.

constituted, the Wakf Board is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.03.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of such constitution of Wakf Board.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
