*********** The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to forward her name to the respondent Nos.1 and 3 to consider for appointment to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the post of Assistant Professor for Law College Lecturer (Senior Scale) Law.

2. Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent fairly submitted that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court dated 29.01.2016, in W.M.P.(MD)No.1597 of 2016, the prayer of the petitioner was considered by the respondents, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection.

3. Recording the submission so made, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
