ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after registration of the above said First Information Report, compromise has been reached between the parties. Now, they are living jointly. On the basis of the above said representation, the respondent police dropped the proceedings in Crime No.23 of 2021 and joint Compromise Memo has also been filed before this Court.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim anticipatory bail that has been already granted by this Court, dated 25.10.2021, is made absolute.
