ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to mutate the patta in respect of the property situated in S.No.93/3B with an extent of 10 Cents (4356 Sq.ft) and in S.No.93/3B with an extent of 5 Cents (2178 Sq,ft) at Karambayam Village, Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District by considering the petitioner's online application dated 17.04.2025 in kD vz;/2025/N103/21/019555.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. The petitioner herein claims right over the subject property under the Settlement Deed executed by his father dated 15.09.2014. He submitted an application on 17.04.2025 seeking mutation of the revenue records based on the settlement deed executed by his father and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the online application of the petitioner dated 17.04.2025 will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 17.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, co-pattadars in Patta no.1453 and other interested parties if any.

7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No cost.
