ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8801 of 2025 in Crl.A. 1/4

(MD)No.736 of 2025 dated 26.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 62 days.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 62 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8801 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.736 of 2025 dated 26.03.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 11.06.2026 ogy 2/4
