This is a writ of Mandamus seeking direction to the respondents to appoint a noon meal organizer in the existing vacancy in the Petitioner's School by considering the proposal sent by the Petitioner dated 05.02.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The petitioner school has sent the name of six persons to the post of Noon Meal Organizer and has requested the respondents to select one among the six.

4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondents have to make the selection process by following due process of law.

5.Under such circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner 05.02.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
