ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the First Information Report in Crime No.78 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal in respect of the petitioner herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.78 of 2023, the respondent police filed the final report before the Mahila Court, Nagercoil, through E-filing on 12.04.2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the Mahila Court, Nagercoil, to process the final report as per rule. Liberty is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the concerned Court, if he is still aggrieved by the Final Report.
