The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The presence of the petitioner shall be dispensed with before the Court below, the petitioner shall be represented by a counsel and he shall be present before the Court below at the time of questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C., and at the time of passing the judgment. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
