ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(b) imposed in Crl.OP (MD).No.8415 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an anticipatory bail application before this Court on 05.05.2025 in Crl.OP.(MD). No.8415 of 2025. The said anticipatory bail petition was heard and on 08.05.2025, this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. In the said anticipatory bail order, Para.6(b) is as follows: ''(b). The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders.''

3. He further submits that the petitioner belongs to Coimbatore District and he is having transport business in Coimbatore and Dindigul District. He find it very difficult to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. If the petitioner stayed at Thanjavur and appeared before the respondent police daily, it will be caused monetary loss to the petitioner's business. Hence, the petitioner seek indulgence of this court by modifying the said condition imposed against him. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. 2/4

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to modify the Condition No.6(b) in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8415 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025. Accordingly, Condition No.6(b) is modified as ''(b). The petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dindigul District, daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.''. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
