ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 17080 of 2025 dated 07.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and the fact that charge sheet has been filed in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
