ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the III Additional District Court(PCR Court), Madurai to consider the bail application on the same day on merits which would be filed by the petitioners in Crime No.167 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would contend that the matter has been investigated and closed as mistake of fact and the same was also filed before the Court on 12.07.2021.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners also present and closure report also served to the petitioners' counsel. 2/4
