This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case, on the basis of the complaint dated 16.08.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based upon the complaint given by this petitioner, a case in Crime No.8 of 2021 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 468, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC against 7 persons on 15.09.2021.
