The complaint that was given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.60 of 2023 was closed. But a case in Crime No.34 of 2023 was registered on the basis of the counter complaint against the petitioner.
3. Since the counter complaint has been registered in Crime No.34 of 2023 against the petitioner, let the above said C.S.R.No.60 of 2023 be reopened and conducted enquiry by the third respondent herein, by summoning the parties concerned and complete the enquiry within a 2/4
period of one week from the date of appearance of parties. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, let the parties workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.
4. With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
