ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give necessary direction to the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.482 of 2017. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondents. 3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the second respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.482 of 2017, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the de facto complainant.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stand disposed of.
